Gain some altitude with this retreat combining climbing and yoga practices!
Our departure point is located in the heart of the Vercors cliffs, on the magnificent rock faces of Presles. We will be nestled at the top of the cliffs, in a lodge where the 360° view of the surrounding nature illuminates our morning awakenings and soothes the mind.
Thanks to the combination of the talents of Captain Marine and the other instructors on this stay, you will experience climbing rich in sensations completed by daily yoga practice, ideal for experiencing total disconnection from yourself and nature!
🌱 This trip has a reduced carbon footprint. By choosing it, you support sustainable tourism, respectful of nature, territories and the local economy — a simple and committed approach, carried by our agency's human and professional approach.

Welcome to Paradise!
We are expecting you at the gîte 'Entre ciel et pierres', a natural haven nestled at the top of the Presles cliffs, with a sublime view over the valley.
We will all meet up there to get to know each other and share our 1st dinner prepared by our chef with love! All meals will be organic, vegetarian and local, by the way, it's important to us!
We will present the 3-day yoga-climbing program together and we will check everyone's equipment :)

Discovery of the playground
Peaceful wake-up around 8am facing the magnificent view, we have a coffee, a tea... we prepare a hearty breakfast to fuel up for the climbing day! Scrambled eggs, bread, cheese, porridge, fruit... everything you like!
We then walk to the cliff (yes, the lodge is located right nearby, no need for a car!!)) and we enjoy the beautiful cliffs of Presles to climb all day long.
Here are a few sectors nearby: Festival, Daladom, Dalarhum... nothing but nuggets of compact gray limestone, typical of the Presles cliffs!
We return to the lodge in late afternoon for a good yoga session.
Stretching, deep breathing, return to calm after the cliff adventures.
It's also the time to mindfully revisit what the body and mind have experienced. We will do a practice adapted to all levels, no stress if you're a beginner!
In the evening around 8pm we dine on a good vegetarian meal prepared for us.
Evening games or chill, it all depends on everyone's mood... and a big sleep to recover well from all our adventures!

I anchor my strength
Second day of climbing and yoga at the end of the day, following the same general framework as the previous day, with the understanding that we adapt the yoga and climbing exercises according to the group at the time.
We will offer you workshops around breathing, body perception, visualization exercises, awareness of certain mental mechanisms....
A real toolkit to support you in your climbing and your life in general!

My path, my way
For this last day, after tea or coffee, we start with yoga.
The morning practice is quite different from the end-of-day atmosphere.
We will do a practice adapted to warming up for climbing and with specific breathing and visualization exercises applicable to climbing.
After yoga, a delicious maxi brunch. We pack up the rooms and belongings, then head out for one last vertical session on the cliffs.
We will climb until 3:30 pm-4 pm, before returning to the lodge to collect our belongings and close out the course.
